English Premier League : Chelsea 2-1 Hull

In the English Premier league, Chelsea won 2-1 at Stramford Bridges against Hull. Hull took the lead with a 27th min goal from Stephen Hunt.At the 38th mins, Didier Drogba grabed a goal direct from the free kick from outside the penalty area to the bottom right corner of the goal.

In the second, Michael Ballack came on for Mikel and Chelsea continued to pressure Hull. At +2mins in the added time, Didier Drogba fired in a goal from inside the box to the bottom right corner of the goal.

“We had a difficult second half. We could have scored a lot of goals today – but we were unlucky,” said Drogba on Sky Sports 1.

“It was difficult but it’s always good to win the first game.The belief is strong, as always. Today we showed we will try till the end of the game. We were lucky to score, but the desire is always there.” added Drogba.
