It was a breathless afternoon at Villa Park with an astonishing Aston Villa come back from 0-2 to 3-3 to secure a point against Everton.

Everton got an early goal from the big haired Belgian Marouane Fellaini at 19min, and 4 min later Tim Cahill got the better of marker Curtis Davies to head onto the bar and then to nod the rebound over the line.

Aston Villa made a super come back in the came in the 33min with a goal from John Carew.In the second half Everton got a goal from Steven Pienaar before one minute later James Milner got Aston Villa right back in it with a stunning strike.

At the 67min Gareth Barry put Aston villa levelled from a penalty after referee Howard Webb judged Lescott’s high kick to have impeded Petrov.
